- Knowledge of Windows tools and generated logs (such as Event Viewer, Services Console, DCOM Console, and Windows Registry)
- Knowledge of debugging browser issues such as connectivity, interoperability, configuration, and performance using NSLookUp, Telnet, Ping, NetStat, and Fiddler.
