Who Should Take the Test?

Eligibility:

Test Format:

The UK Motor Car Driving Test consists of three parts:

  • Manoeuvres: Performing basic manoeuvres such as reversing around a corner, parallel parking, and emergency stops.
  • Observation: Maintaining awareness of your surroundings, checking mirrors, and anticipating hazards.
  • Road Positioning: Positioning your vehicle safely and appropriately on the road.
  • Road Courtesy: Respecting other road users, including pedestrians, cyclists, and other vehicles.
