CIS-Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Exam

The CIS-Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Exam covers the following topics - 

• Domain 1 - Understand IT Asset Management Overview & Fundamentals (20%)
• Domain 2 - Understand Data Integrity – Attributes and Data Sources (27%)
• Domain 3 - Practical Management of IT Assets (30%)
• Domain 4 - Understand Operational Integration of IT Asset Management Processes (18%)
• Domain 5 - Financial Management of IT Assets (5%)

The CIS-Hardware Asset Management (HAM) exam requires six months of field experience participating in ServiceNow deployment projects or maintaining ServiceNow instances as well - 

• Participate in at least two ServiceNow deployment projects, specifically ITSM Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Knowledge of industry concepts, terminology, acronyms, and initialisms

The CIS-Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Exam has been developed to validate the skills and knowledge of the candidate to contribute towards the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management and handling the  ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) applications.
